| 摘 要： | 电子档案是科技发展的必然趋势,对其进行科学管理是地勘单位地质资料管理面临的新课题。在分析电子档案特性与问题的基础上,从储存管理、安全管理、维护管理和使用管理四个方面提出地质资料电子档案的一般管理技术,以期在安全管理的前提下发挥电子档案的最大效益。

| Abstract: | The electronic files are the inevitable trend of development in science and technology.Scientific management of electronic files is the new challenge of geological data management of geological survey unit.On the basis of analysis of the characteristics and problems of electronic files,the authors propose general management of electronic files of the geological data from four aspects of storage management,security management,maintenance management and use of management. |
