| 摘 要： | 基于城市构建筑物的基本属性，阐述了城市空间信息的普查方法、技术线路，在普查成果的基础上构建信息数据库，结合福州市建筑物抗震性能普查的成果和经验，进一步论述了信息数据系统功能研究及其应用，并展望了城市空间信息系统的发展前景。

| Abstract: | Based on the attributes of urban constructions,survey methods and programs of location information are analyzed,with the survey achievement on construction anti-seismic performance in Fuzhou urban district,then information system are established,and functions of the information system are introduced as well as the applications,further more,the prospects of system development are expected. |
