玻璃微珠对PVC/ABS合金材料性能的影响

摘    要:研究了未经表面处理和用硅烷偶联剂进行表面处理的玻璃微珠(GB)的填充量对PVC/ABS合金材料力学性能、热性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃微珠的加入使PVC/ABS合金材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度大大降低,但是复合材料的加工性能和维卡软化温度得到改善。

Abstract:The effects of f illing amount of glass bead untreated and treated by silane coupling agent on the mechanical property,thermal property and processing property of PVC/ABS composite were studied.The results showed that the notched impact property and tensile strength property of PVC/ABS composite was decreased,and the processing property and vicat softening temperature were increased with the increase of glass bead f illing amount.
