摘    要:高速数据传输接口是半导体激光成像雷达系统的重要组成部分.简要地介绍了基于USB2.0总线的半导体激光雷达数据传输接口的开发过程,系统地阐述了半导体激光雷达数据传输接口的软硬件设计.实验结果表明,该传输接口工作稳定,平均传输速度达到48Mb/s,能够较好地满足半导体激光雷达图像的实时传输要求.

Abstract:High speed data transfer interface is an essential component of semiconductor laser imaging radar system. This paper presents the design procedure of laser imaging radar data transfer interface based on USB2. 0. The hardware design and software design of laser imaging radar data transfer interface are described systematically. The experiment results indicate that it works well and the average transfer speed reaches 48Mb/s, so it can fully meet the requirements of real time transfer of laser imaging radar.
