摘    要:湘菜具有悠久的发展历史,其发展过程也是湖湘文化孕育发展的过程,湖湘文化的精髓也渗透到湘菜的发展过程之中。在国际化发展的今天,要想打造湖南国际化餐饮品牌新形象,就必须结合其发展的背景,利用湖湘文化作为湘菜向外发展所具有国际化品牌的优势。本文将沿用营销学原理设计策划出的“湖湘餐饮品牌”,并且提出了可行性较强的推广策略。

Abstract:Xiangcai has a long history, its developing process also is Hunan culture breeding development process, the essence of Hunan culture also seeps to the developing process of Xiangcai. During the internationalization development today, To make new image of the Hunan internationalization dining brand we needs to unify the development background, use the superiority of Hunan culture to develop the internationalization brand. This article designs the Hunan dining brand based on the marketing principle, and proposes the promotion strategy feasiblely.
