超声波的减摩特性

摘    要:处于超声振动状态的物体表面具有减小摩擦磨损的特性,从质点微观振动和声悬浮力学角度两方面进行分析得出:①超声振动改变了接触面间的摩擦状态;②超声振动减小了接触面的有效接触面积;③振动力和辐射压减小了正压力。利用实验方法测得了振动参数与摩擦性能之间的关系,测试结果表明:当振幅为5μm时,摩擦系数降低为无振动状态时的10%。

Abstract:The surface of a body in ultrasonic vibration shows an antifriction behavior.This phenomenon was investigated from the view points of the particle microcosmic vibration and the acoustic levitation.The ultrasonic vibration changes the friction status between the contact surfaces,and decreases the factual contact area.The vibration force and the acoustic radiation pressure decreases the pressure between the contact surfaces.The relationships between the vibration parameters and the friction behavior were measured with self-developed facilities and the measured results show that the friction factor under vibration amplitude 5 μm is reduced to 10% of that without vibration.
