| Abstract: | Archives informationalized filing means the collection of archive information beneficial to the devel-opment of productive force and society with scientific methods to achieve a perfect disposition and sharing ofhuman resources. Archive informations development and utilization means the collection, processing, storageand use of information recorded in archives. Accelerating the construction of archive information is an importantway to improve its development and utilization. Several exploratory advices are given with regard to the statusquo, the existing problems and the solutions of the construction of archive information and its development andutilization in colleges. |
