摘    要:电力系统故障或扰动时伴随着电流电压的突变。而小波变换的窗口大小具有自适应性,当减小尺度参数a的取值时,可以使时窗宽度变窄、频窗高度增大,有利于检测突变信号。本文在介绍小波变换的基础上,通过建立故障行波的故障特征与小波变换模极大值之间的关系,构造了一种基于行波原理的输电线路故障测距装置启动判据方法.可以在故障发生的瞬间快速检测出电流或电压突变量信号。
