微波辐射条件下马来海松酸的合成研究

摘    要:以马尾松松香和马来酸酐为原料,在微波辐射条件下合成马来海松酸.探讨了反应时间、溶剂用量、微波功率、物料配比等因素对马来海松酸产率的影响.通过正交试验确定最佳合成条件:以乙酸为溶剂,乙酸的用量为松香马来酸酐总质量的29%,枞酸型树脂酸与马来酸酐物质的量比为1.1∶1,微波功率为120 W,反应时间为28 min.在此条件下,马来海松酸产率达70.3%.对合成产物的物理化学性质进行了分析,其熔点为226 ℃,酸值为415.4 mg/g.
