摘    要:利用自制的Coffin型热疲劳载物台,对3Cr2W8V钢微型试样进行了扫描电镜中的动态热疲劳试验。拍摄了热疲劳裂纹的形核、成长、连接过程。对3Cr2W8V钢热疲劳裂纹的萌生机制进行了讨论。指出热疲劳裂纹优先于界面碳化物链处形核,并在滑移的促进下沿滑移线场最大切应力方向成长。

A STUDY OF THE NUCLEATION OF DYNAMIC THERMAL FATIGUE CRACK ON THE 3Cr2W8V STEEL IN SEM

Abstract:Dynamic thermal fatigue of the micro specimens of 3Cr2W8V steel is carriedout in SEM with self-made Coffin model thermal fatigue stage. The nucleati-on, growth and connection of fatigue cracks were photographed. The mechanismsof fatigue crack initiation were discussed. It is suggested that thermal fatiguecracks nucleate preferentially at carbide chains along interface and propagate byslipping in the direction of maximum shearing stress along slip lines.
