磁轭提升力指标的分析和讨论

摘    要:针对磁粉检测中磁轭提升力的意义、作用和影响因素进行了理论分析和实验结果讨论,归纳了磁场强度的经验表达式,进而对国内外常用标准的提升力指标进行了比较。结果表明,磁轭磁化规范主要受磁极间距的影响,而提升力主要反映设备磁化能力;提升力仅适用于交直流磁轭设备磁化能力的校验,对其它磁轭设备的磁化能力的校验,应采用其它确定磁化规范的方法,如灵敏度试片法等。

Abstract:Aiming at the meaning, function and influence factor of the lifting power of the electromagnetic yoke for magnetic particle testing, theoretical analysis and the discussion on experimental results were carried out. The empirical formula for magnetic field strength was obtained. The lifting power indexes in commonly used standards were compared, and it was showed that magnetizing specification was affected by the distance between two poles; the magnetizing ability of yoke equipment was reflected by lifting power index, but it was only applicable to AC and DC yokes. As for other kinds of yokes, other ways should be taken for the specification, such as sensitivity test pieces.
