| 摘 要： | 在分析了国内外现有闭式冷精锻装备的优缺点的基础上,开发研制了数控精锻液压机和液压传动凹模模具装置,构成闭式冷精锻设备,实现了圆锥齿轮等轿车关键零件的精密模锻生产.实践表明,设备运行稳定,工作可靠,投资少,见效快,具有重要的推广应用价值. |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of both overseas and domestic closed cold forging equipment,closed cold forging equipment consisting of a NC precise forging hydropress and a set of hydraulic drive female die has been developed,hence realization of the precision die forging of key parts for car,such as bevel gears.It has been verified practically that stable running,reliable work,reduced investment,taking effect quickly,with value of spread application. |
