氢氟酸烷基化酸分馏再生工艺的工业试验

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司氢氟酸烷基化装置进行了酸分馏再生工艺的工业试验研究,结果表明,该工艺在酸中水含量不高的情况下能够提高氢氟酸浓度、有效降低ASO(酸溶性油)含量;基本不影响烷基化油产品质量;降低了酸耗;减轻了环保负担;解决了ASO的出路问题。同时指出了在试验中该工艺存在的问题,并就此提出了改进建议,如对酸分馏再生不能除去酸中水的问题,提出辅助于常规酸再生手段进行脱水的流程。

Abstract:The commercial lest of acid fractionation and regeneration process was carried out in HF alkylation unit of Wuhan Company. The result shows that HF concentration is increased under the condition of low water content in acid, ASO content is effectively decreased without negative influence on alkylate quality and the acid consumption is reduced. The process is favorable for environmental protection and ASO's way out is solved. In addition, shortcomings of the process such as not removing the water content in acid are pointed out and the countermeasures of adopting general acid regeneration process for dehydration is proposed as well.
