光纤通信技术在应用中的发展

摘    要:介绍了大容量光纤信道系统技术的发展,如有些公司已经开发出信道容量超过10 Tb/s的光通信系统;描述了信号长距离光纤传输的发展情况,如无电再生中继器的超长距离传输已达4 000 km;阐述了如何通过减小波分复用(WDM)波长间隔以提高光纤传送容量;概述了微电子的集成和光子/光电子的集成技术的进展。

Abstract:The paper introduces the development of large capacity optical fiber communication channel technology,such as that the communication system developed by some companies whose channel capacity has exceeded 10 Tb/s.The development situation of signal long distance optical fiber transmission is depicted,such as that the super distance trans-mission of non-electric regenerator has reached 4 000 km.How to decrease WDM wavelength interval to improve optical fiber transmission capacity is described.The progress of micro-electronic integration and photon/photoelectron integration technology are summarized.
