摘    要:以实现WY1.5型挖掘机的智能控制为目标,应用电液比例控制技术,在不改变原机功能基础上,对原机液压系统进行了改造,提出了电控液压系统的设计方案,详细阐述了电磁换向阀、电磁比例换向阀的选取原则及过程。经实验测试,性能稳定,为智能挖掘机研究提供了一个可靠的电控液压系统平台。

Abstract:In order to realize the intelligent control of Model WY 1.5 Hydraulic Excavator,a modification is made on the original hydraulic system of the excavator with application of the electro-hydraulic proportional control technique on the basis of not remodeling the function of the original;for which a design scheme of the electro-hydraulic proportional control is put forward and the selecting principle for both the electro-magnetic change-over valve and the electro-hydraulic proportional change-over valve is described herein.The working performance of the modified system is demonstrated to be stable through the experiment concerned and then provides a reliable platform of the electro-hydraulic system for the study on the intelligent excavator.
