起重门架体系索的初拉力研究

摘    要:起重门架体系是应用于大型龙门吊安装的一种索杆混合结构体系。由于龙门吊的迎风面积较大,且在高空,体系承受较大的水平风荷载,如何确定索的初拉力以便经济有效地分担水平风荷载,减小门架体系的水平位移是本文所要研究的问题。本文采用经典力学分析方法并考虑几何非线性,通过建立轴压悬臂柱的平衡微分方程及索的变形协调方程,以塔顶位移为控制参数求得索的初拉力,最后用非线性有限元法进行验算对比。结果表明,两种方法互为印证,其结论都是可靠的。

Abstract:Lifting stand system is a cable-strut mixed structure used to erect large gantry crane.Since the windward area of the gantry crane is relatively large and in high altitude,the whole system receives relatively high load of the horizontal wind.Thus,the issue discussed in this paper is how to determine the pre-intension of the cable,so as to share economically and effectively the load of the horizontal wind as well as reduce the plane replacement of the stand system.In this article,both the classic mechanics method and nonlinear finite element method are adopted:Through setting up both the differential equation of the axial pressure cantilever pole and deformation compatibility equation of the cable,and setting the replacement of the tower peak as the control parameter,the cable's pre-intension is figured out.Through the nonlinear finite element method,the pre-intention of the cable is checked and paralleled.Indicated by the results,the two methods verify each other and the conclusion is credible.
