摘    要:从宏观和微观两个角度分析振动过程中残余应力的变化,阐述了振动消除残余应力的机理。从宏观上讲,当残余应力与外加动应力叠加大于材料屈服极限时发生塑性变形,残余应力会得到释放;从微观上讲,在外力作用下位错塞积开通的运动可以降低、均化残余应力峰值。同时,提出了检测残余应力和振动参数选择的方法。

Abstract:Through analysis the change of residual stress in the process of vibration from both macroscopic view and microcosmic view, exposition the mechanism of vibratory stress relief. From the macroscopic view, when the sum ofresidual stress and dynamic stress is greater than the metal's yield microcosmic view, under the action of dynamic stress, dislocation homogenize the peak value of residual stress.
