某劣质无烟煤在首钢高炉应用的研究

摘    要:为了拓展首钢高炉喷吹煤资源,降低喷吹煤配煤成本,研究了劣质无烟煤C单种煤及混煤的基本性能。结果表明:C煤在混煤中的配比应不超过30%;在配加10%、15%的C煤替代A煤的工业试验期间,高炉炉况基本顺稳,燃料比没有明显变化;C煤配比在15%以内,对高炉燃料比未造成负面影响,可考虑开展进一步提高C煤配比的工业试验。

Abstract:To expand pulverized coal resources and reduce pulverized coal cost, fundamental research on anthracite coal C and its mixed coal was investigated. Based on the experimental results, it was suggested that the proportion of coal C mixed in pulverized coal should be no less than 30 %. Industrial tests in a blast furnace of Shougang were carried out by using 10 % or 15 % coal C instead of coal A, the blast furnace was in good condition and the change of fuel rate was not obvious. The results showed that it is necessary to carry out industrial experiment for further increasing the proportion of coal C.
