纳米硼酸锌添加剂的合成及其抗磨性能的研究

摘    要:采用超重力反应器,液相沉淀法合成了油溶性的纳米硼酸锌添加剂,考察了表面活性剂的浓度对合成样品的影响,通过粒度仪、红外、热重等分析手段对样品进行了表征,并且考察了其抗磨性能。结果表明,合成样品的粒度大小在100 nm以内,合成样品的粒度大小与表面活性剂的浓度有关,表面活性剂的浓度越高,硼酸锌的粒度越大。低加剂量、低载荷下硼酸锌添加剂表现出优异的抗磨性能。

Abstract:Synthesis of oil - soluble nano zinc borate by liquid precipitation method was carried out in supergravity equip- ment. The effect of surfactant content on the property of product was investigated. The nano zinc borate was characterized using ZetaSizer, Infrared spectroscopy and Thermogravimetry. And the anti- wear property of this additive was also stud- ied. It was shown that the particle size of the sample is below 100 nm. The particle size is related with the concentration of surfactant. The higher the concentration of surfactant, the larger the particle size of zinc borate. Nano zinc borate additive exhibits excellent anti- wear property under lower amount of additive and lower load.
