摘    要:研究了经三种热处理工艺处理后的石油焦在1.0 mol/L LiClO4/EC+DEC(1∶1)电解液体系中作为锂离子蓄电池负极的充放电性能。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和喇曼光谱(Raman)分析了热处理工艺中最高热处理温度对石油焦性能的影响;通过分析工艺(1)与工艺(2)处理后的石油焦性能的差别,制定了热处理工艺制度(3),讨论了热处理工艺中石墨化炉内真空度对石油焦性能的影响。得到了石油焦热处理的最佳工艺为:最高热处理温度2 750 ℃,石墨化炉内真空度不高于10-1Pa。

Abstract:Electrochemical performance of one kind of petroleum cokes prepared at high temperatures with three different technological conditions as negative electrode for lithium-ion batteries with LiClO4 in a mixture electrolyte (1∶1)of ethylene carbonate(EC) and diethyl carbonate(DEC) were investigated. The relationship between the heat treatment temperature and the charge-discharge performance of the petroleum coke was analyzed by X ray diffraction and Raman spectrum measurement. The relationship between the vacuum degree of the graphitization furnace and the charge-discharge performance of the petroleum coke was discussed by means of analyzing the difference of electrochemical performance of the petroleum cokes prepared with two different heat treatment technologies. The results show that the optimal heat treatment technology is that the heat treatment temperature is 2 750 ℃ and the vacuum degree of graphitization furnace is not above 10-1 Pa.
