免疫磁珠法在分离混合斑中精子细胞的应用

摘    要:如何快速准确地检测混合斑中精子细胞的DNA,是法医界广泛关注和亟待解决的问题。本文对免疫磁珠分选细胞技术的原理及其应用、免疫磁珠的制备方法以及该方法用于捕获精子细胞的原理进行了概述。并对免疫磁珠在法医学的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:How to detect sperm cells DNA from mixture stains quickly and accurately is a pressing problem which is widespread concerned by forensic community. In this article, the principle and application of the MACS (Magnetic-activated Cell Sorting) technology are introduced. Furthermore, the preparation method of immune beads and how the immune beads capture sperm are discussed. And the application of immunomagnetic beads in forensic science is prospected.
