润滑油加氢反应器的安全性能评价

摘    要:CVDA -1 984《压力容器缺陷评定规范》是以断裂力学理论为基础 ,以“合乎使用”为原则建立起来的一种对缺陷评定的准则 ,可以对存在“超标”缺陷的在用压力容器进行分析评定。该文就是利用CVDA-1 984规范对锦西石化分公司加氢车间的在用润滑油加氢反应器的安全性能进行了综合分析 ,对该反应器环焊缝上的一个椭圆形凹坑进行了缺陷评定

Abstract:CVDA-1984"Pressure vessel defect evaluation code"is a defect evaluation creterion established on the basis of fracture mechanics theory and according to the principle of "conforming with application".It can analyze and evaluste the overproofed defected pressure vessel in service.The comprehensive safety analysis on lube oil hydrogenated reactor in service of hydrogenated unit for Jinxi petrochemical branch company is conducted by the use of CVDA -1984 code in this paper.The elliptical pit defect in circumference welding seam of that reactor is evaluated
