基于虚拟仪器的应力磁测系统的设计

摘    要:基于铁磁材料逆磁致伸缩效应的应力磁测法具有简便快捷的优点。为了开发具有便携功能的应力磁测装置 ,对基于虚拟仪器的应力磁测系统进行了研究。介绍了应力磁测系统的工作原理、构成及虚拟仪器的开发平台———LabVIEW ,详细说明了基于虚拟仪器的应力磁测系统程序设计的方法。初步试验证明 ,所设计的基于虚拟仪器的应力磁测系统是可行的 ,具有良好的推广前景。

Abstract:The magnetic testing system for stress based on count-magnetostriction effect are simple and convenient for application. To develop the portable magnetic testing device for stress , the magnetic testing system for stress based on virtual instrumentation has been researched, and the operation principle, composition and developing platform-LabVIEW and programming method of the system have been stated in detail. The result shows that the system is feasible for practical application, and has good popularizing prospect.
