| 摘 要： | 根据街道一级行政机构日常办公的特点，采用ASP．NET2．0新技术，提出街道电子政务系统的设计、实施方案。街道电子政务系统包括系统管理模块、档案管理模块、公文交换模块、级效管理模块、短信平台模块。主要分析了系统管理的优化实现，探讨了重要公文交换的安全性设计以及短信平台的开发实现。
