基于MODBUS总线的变频驱动液压系统设计

摘    要:对MODBUS总线在变频驱动液压系统中的应用进行了探讨。采用Modbus-RTU通信协议,实现了CP1H和4台变频器之间的串行通信,通过变频器改变电机的转速从而改变液压定量泵的流量。结果表明,该方法实时性好,现场布线简单,提高了系统的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:The application of Modbus Fieldbus in variable frequency hydraulic control system was introduced.The serial communication between CP1H and 4 frequency converters was achieved based on the Modbus RTU protocol and the change of the flux of fixed displacement hydraulic pump was achieved by changing the motor's speed.The experiment results show that this control method reduces the complexity of the circuit conjunction and improves the performance of disturbance rejection.
