正交实验法优选虎杖茎中白藜芦醇的提取工艺

摘    要:以干浸膏中白藜芦醇含量作为主要评价指标,采用正交实验方法优化虎杖茎中白藜芦醇的最佳提取工艺条件.实验结果表明最佳提取工艺条件为溶剂浓度60%、提取时间2 h、提取温度80℃、料液比1 15.工艺验证结果表明最佳工艺条件稳定可靠、重现性好.

Abstract:To optimize the extraction process of total saponin from Polygonum cuspidatum stem,the content of Resveratrol was used as the main evaluation index.The optimum process was obtained through the result of orthogonal test.The optimum conditions of concentration of ethanol,extracting time,solid to liquid ratio and extracting temperature were 60%,2 hour,115 and 80℃.The result of process verification showed that the optimum process was stable and reliable.The study provided scientific basis for the development of Polygonum cuspidatum.
