硝酸处理堇青石载体对合成草酸二甲酯整体催化剂结构的影响

摘    要:使用稀硝酸对堇青石载体进行不同时间的加热浸渍处理,得出堇青石比表面积和孔结构随硝酸处理时间的改变规律,由此可制备特定比表面积的载体。用经过处理的载体制备催化剂,在无梯度反应器进行CO偶联制备草酸二甲酯(DMO)反应,以亚硝酸甲酯(MN)的转化率和草酸二甲酯的选择性为指标,选择出本反应较适宜的载体比表面积。

Abstract:The cordierite support was treated by soaking and heating it in the dilute nitric acid solution for different times,and the change rules of the specific surface area and pore structure with the treating time were found out,by which the support with definite specific surface area could be prepared.The treated supports were used to prepare the monolithic catalysts,and the reaction of CO coupling with methyl nitrite to dimethyl oxalate was carried out over the catalysts in a gradientless reactor.According to the conversion of methyl nitrite and the selectivity to dimethyl oxalate,the optimum support specific surface area was determined for this reaction.
