水溶性聚酯合成及其溶解特性研究

摘    要:研究了SIPM用量和聚合反应条件对酯交换反应速度、产物分子质量的影响,考察了合成产物的结构和碱溶解特性。结果表明:SIPM用量增加,酯交换反应速度下降,当SIPM质量分数由8%增加到12%时,反应速度明显下降,产物分子质量随聚合反应体系余压减小和SIPM用量降低而增大,得到的水溶性聚酯有很好的碱可溶性,减量率随NaOH浓度增加,碱解时间延长,温度提高而增大。

Abstract:The effect of SIPM amount and polymerization conditions on transesterification rate,product molecular mass were studied.The structure and alkali dissolution characteristics of the synthetic product were investigated.The results showed that the transesterification rate decreased with the increasing of SIPM amount.When the SIPM mass fraction increased from 8% to 12%,the reaction rate decreased obviously.The product molecular mass increased with the polymerization system overpressure decreasing and SIPM amount reducing.The obtained water soluble polyester has better alkali solubility.The alkali deweighting rate increased with the increasing of NaOH concentration,prolonging of alkali hydrolysis time and increasing of temperature.
