三维正交机织物的冲击拉伸响应

摘    要:本文利用MTS810.23材料测试系统和自行设计的分离式Hopkinson拉杆装置对三维正交机织物(3DOr-thogonalWovenFabric,3DOWF)进行测试,得到不同应变率(1×10-5s-1~2308s-1)下该织物的冲击拉伸响应。结果发现:3DOWF是应变率敏感材料,随着应变率提高,拉伸强度和失效应变均明显提高,且高应变率下应力一应变曲线具有双阶段韧性现象。研究表明:织物特殊结构效应引起应力波反射与透射差异,从而导致3DOWF双阶段韧性现象。

Abstract:The tensile behavior of 3D orthogonal woven fabric (3DOWF) under different strain rates ( 1 ×10-3 s- 1 - 2 308 S-1) was investigated on a MTS 810.23 Material System and a self- designed split Hopkinson tension bar (SHTB) apparatus. The stress - strain responses of the 3 DOWF under high strain rates were obtained, which clearly demonstrated that this fabric was significantly strain rate sensitive. The tensile strength and failure strain both increased with the strain rate. Furthermore,the two -phase tensile stiffness phenomenon under high strain rate has been observed in the experimen- tal. It was found the fabric architecture influences the stress wave propagation and henee leads to the two - phase tensile stiffness phenomenon under high strain rate tension.
