| Abstract: | The article analyzes essence of the uncivilized phenomena on the Internet,elaborates the mission and the responsibility of electronics reading room in internet moral construction in colleges and universities,and advocates building up the socialist concept of honor and disgrace,strengthening the management of the electronic-reading room,guiding the readers' civilized surfing on the internet so as to make the electronic reading room become the model for civilized surfing on the internet. |
