摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和N,N-二甲基乙二胺(DMEDA)为主要原料、二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,合成了一种新型功能单体甲基丙烯酰胺乙基二甲基胺(MAEDA)。通过单因素试验和正交试验优选出MAEDA合成的最佳条件,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)光谱和元素分析等手段对产物结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:合成MAEDA的最佳条件为n(MMA)∶n(DMEDA)=2∶1,w(二月桂酸二丁基锡)=2%(相对于总料液而言),95~100℃反应4h;在最佳合成条件下,MAEDA的收率可达到94%以上。在传统厌氧胶配方中,加入w(MAEDA)=5.0%(相对于厌氧胶而言),制取的新型单组分厌氧胶对铜、铁、铝、锌、不锈钢和非金属等材质均具有较快的固化速率和良好的粘接性能,并且稳定性良好。

Abstract:With methyl methacrylate(MMA) and N,N-dimethyl ethylenediamine(DMEDA) as main raw materials,tin dibutyl dilaurate as catalyst,so a new type function monomer—methyl acrylamide ethyldimethyl amine (MAEDA) was synthesized. The optimum synthesis condition of MAEDA was preferred by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,the product structure was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR,element analysis and other testing methods. The research results showed that the yield of MAEDA was above 94% under optimum synthesis condition which was obtained when molar ratio of MMA to DMEDA was 2∶1,mass fraction of catalyst was 2% in total feed solution,reaction temperature was 95-100 ℃ and reaction time was 4 h. A new type anaerobic adhesive, which was made when 5.0% MAEDA(namely mass fraction in anaerobic adhesive) was introduced in traditional anaerobic adhesive formula,had faster curing speed,well bonding performances and good stability for different materials such as Cu,Fe,Al,Zn,stainless steel,nonmetal and other materials.
