旋振筛安装底座的防振设计

摘    要:旋振筛的安装底座和地面之间和采用弹性元件联接反而不利于安装底座的防振。如果安装底座直接与地面接触,则只要满足一定的设计条件就可使安装底座的振幅为0,无需固定安装底座。文中推导了这个设计条件的计算公式。

Abstract:Application of some elastic components to the joint between the base of a spin-vibration screening machine and the ground is harmful to the shockproof of the base.If the base is placed directly on the ground,a zero amplitude of vibration of the base can be acquired so long as the structure of the whole screening machine meets a certain design requirement which is presented.
