高强度锚杆用空冷Mn-B贝氏体钢的研究

摘    要:根据我国煤矿锚杆的实际使用情况及本课题组已有的研究结果,设计了一种锚杆用空冷低碳Mn.B贝氏体钢,并对其热处理工艺进行了研究。研究发现,试验用钢经930℃正火、200~600℃回火后可获得较高的强度和良好的塑性,Rm、RP0.2和45分别达到了800~1064MPa、600~724MPa和15%~20%,其显微组织为粒状贝氏体,因此完全可用于煤矿中的高强度锚杆。

Abstract:Based on the service condition of coal-mine anchor by the authors of this paper, an air-cooled Mn-B bainitic steel boh in China and the previous research result yielded with lower carbon content was designed, and its heat treatment process was investigated, too. The research shows that after austenitizing at 903 ℃ followed by air-cooling and then tempering at 200 ℃ to 600 ℃, the investigated steel will possess higher strength property and good plasticity,i, e. Rm,Rp0.2 and As will reach 800 MPa to 1 064 MPa,600 MPa to 724 MPa and 15% to 20% ,respectively;and that its microstructure is a granular bainite. Consequently, this steel will be usable to the high strength anchor bolt in coal-mine.
