| 摘 要： | 提出了云南省花卉产业供应链建设中人才保证的一些主要方法，如宣传云南，解决人才到云南从事花卉产业的思想负担；充分利用老年人才，发挥他们的余热，进行二次人才开发；核心企业要建立学习型组织的人才开发模式；充分利用股权的各种形式激励人才的积极性及对全国的人才进行虚拟管理，为云南花卉供应链建设服务。
