基于双电源双维持电磁阀驱动电路的高压共轨喷油器控制技术研究

摘    要:在对现有电控柴油机电磁阀驱动电路进行分析的基础上,设计了一种双电源双维持高速驱动电路.该系统采用BOOST高压(80 V)和蓄电池低压(24 V)双电源系统分时驱动,从硬件上实现了电磁阀喷射电流的自动PWM反馈调制.针对某型喷油器进行了驱动实验,结果表明:驱动电路响应快,电磁阀电流从零上升到22 A仅需要0.045 ms;驱动电流峰值一致性好,电路系统可以灵活调节峰值电流大小、峰值电流持续时间、维持电流大小、维持电流持续时间等参数.系统可灵活配置且不占用MCU资源.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the current electromagnetic valve for electric-control diesel,a new type of dual-power and dual-maintain fast driving circuit is designed.BOOST high voltage (80 V) and storage battery low voltage (24 V)are used as the system of dual-power time-sharing driver,which achieves automatic PWM feedback modulation of the electromagnetic valve injection current on the hardware.The results show that the driving circuit has fast response time,only 0.045 ms from zero to 22 A of the electromagnetic valve.The peak value of driving current has a good consistency.The parameters including peakvalue current amplitude,duration,maintain current amplitude and duration can be adjusted flexibly.Besides,the circuit can be flexibly configured without occupying MCU resources.
