料浆感应渗铝钢的组织结构及抗蚀性研究

摘    要:经对料浆感应渗铝钢的渗层金相组织、渗层铝浓度分布及渗层相结构进行分析研究,指出当渗铝钢表面铝铁合金层的铝浓度大于8%时,可在沙层表面形成一层致密的三氧化二铝保护膜。其碳钢料浆感应渗铝产品抗硫化氢腐蚀性能明显优于母材;碳钢和铬钼钢料装感应渗铝产品抗高温硫腐蚀、高温氧化性能明显优于母材和18-8不锈钢。

Abstract:It has been found out in the analysis and study of metallographic structure, the aluminum distribution and structure of the diffused layer of the slurry induction aluminum diffused steel that the compact film of Al2O3 will form on the surface of the diffused layer when the a-luminum content of the Al - Fe alloy is greater than 8 % . The performance of corrosion resistance against hydrogen sulfide of diffused carbon steel is obviously superior to the base material. The slurry induction diffused carbon steel and CrMo steels are also superior to the base metal and 18-8 stainless steel in the resisting to high - temperature sulfur corrosion and high - temperature oxidation.
