摘    要:基于通用简谐梯形组合运动规律的构成方法,建立了凸轮机构从动件无因次通用曲线方程。并以单片机控制步进电机为实例,进行了实现凸轮机构从动件多种运动规律的理论和实验研究。应用汇编语言编制控制步进电机实现多种从动件运动规律的程序软件,并结合实验验证了编制程序的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:On the basis of a composing method of universal harmonic trapezoid motion laws, nondimensional general curve formulation of driven cam is built. Using a single chip microcomputer to control a stepping motor as an example, the theoretical and experimental research about lots of motion laws of the driven cam is implemented. The program software compiled by assemble language is used for controlling stepping motor in order to implement the motion laws of various driven objects. Through the experiment, it is demonstrated that the program is correct and feasible.
