电火花加工表面三维粗糙度的评定基准与评定参数

摘    要:针对电火花加工表面的特征,分析目前采用切削加工表面粗糙度的评定方法来评定电火花加工表面三维粗糙度的不合理之处,提出改用实际表面算术平均偏差R_(at)和实际表面最大高度R_(yt)两个评定参数来综合评定,并给出相应的取样面积、评定面积和评定基准面及R_(at)和R_(yt)的定义.

Abstract:It is unreasonable to evaluate the 3-D Surface roughness of EDM surface by means of the standards of the surface roughness of cutting,With analyzing the surface features of EDM,We propose to take the arithmetic mean deviation and the maximum altitude of the real surface R_(at) and R_(yt) to sythetically evaluate the surface rouyhness of EDM.The relative sampling area,the evaluated area and the datum level are given.And the definitions of R_(at) and R_(yt) are brought up also.
