| 摘 要： | 打造一支优秀的专业教学团队一直以来是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要环节，也是专业建设成功的重要保障。文章通过分析高职院校教学团队建设意义及现状，从师资建设和团队建设两个方面构建专业教学团队建设模式。
