摘    要:首先简陈述了提高线阵CCD遥感相机地面像元分辨力的几种有效途径,接着分析它们对相机灵敏度特性的影响。为了解决相机分辨力与灵敏度之间的矛盾,对几种高灵敏度CCD进行简要分析,其中重点对TDI-CCK的工作原理和主要特性进行详细分析,发现TDI-CCD不仅具有高灵敏度,而且对于相机的分辨能力、信噪比和响应非均匀性等特性都有不同程度的改善。从而使TDI-CCD为解决遥感高分辨、转型化的主要技术途径和关键技术措施。

Abstract:Several effective approaches for improving the ground pixel resolution of linear CCD camera for remote sensing are first briefly introduced in the paper and their influence on camera sensitivity is analyzed. In order to solve the contradictions between the camera resolution and sensitivity, a simple analysis for several high sensitive CCDs are carried out. The analysis stress is laid on the operating principle and main characteristics of TDI-CCD camera. The analysis discovers that TDI-CCD camera not only has a high sensitivity, but also its resolution, signal noise ratio and response non-uniformity, etc. have been improved in different degrees. In this way the application of TDI-CCD camera has been a main technical approach for meeting the requirements of high-resolution and lightweight of remote sensing equipment.
