| 摘 要： | 介绍了AHP(层次分析法)的基本原理,AHP方法在评价供应商时采用了将指标权重化的方法,但其影响因素的权值和各候选企业在各种影响因素下的权值均采用专家评价的方法,使人为因素影响较大。而ERP系统实现了企业生产过程管理,创新地提出了在供应商的选择中利用数据库实现实时真实动态选择,减少人为因素的影响,可以更准确地评价供应商。最后对供应商的选择过程,给出了应用实例。

| Abstract: | The basic theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is introduced. The method to weigh the index is used to evaluate suppliers in AHP. The specialist estimation method is adopted to gain the weights of factors and the weights of candidate enterprises under the factors. The human factors are of great impact. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system can realize the production process management in enterprises. Database is used in supplier selection to dynamically screen suppliers, which can reduce factors of human beings and can accurately evaluate the suppliers. Examples are given in the selection course of suppliers. |
