| 摘 要： | 文章概述了中国石化集团公司油田企业非上市部分改革与发展的目标和措施，回顾了近3年油田企业对投资管理实施的措施和取得的主要成绩，指出了目前投资管理中尚存在的问题，提出丁进一步提高非上市部分投资管理水平的改革建议。
