摘    要:研究了热处理对硬质合金各项性能的影响以及顶锤内部钴粘结相成分和结构的变化。结果证明热处理可提高硬质合金的抗弯强度、抗压强度和顶锤表层的钴粘结相固溶度及面心立方钴含量 ,从而使顶锤的使用性能得到提高

Abstract:The effect of heat treatment on the various property of cemented carbide and variation of composition and structure of cobalt binder phase in the cemented carbide anvil have been studied.The results have shown that the transverse rupture strength and compressive strength of cemented carbide can be raised by heat treatment,meanwhile solid state solubility and content of face-centered cubic cobalt in the cobalt binder phase of surface layer of cemented carbide anvil can be increased.Thus the operation property of the cemented carbide anvil have been improved.
