缸体零件并行建模技术研究

摘    要:依据柴油机缸体的结构特点及其制造工艺,提出了一种方便快捷的建模方法。通过分析零件结构和制造工艺,应用Pro/engineer软件建模时将缸体分解成:毛坯、缸孔芯、水套芯、推杆芯4个子零件。针对4个子零件采用并行设计的原则同时造型,最后合并得到缸体整个零件的模型。

Abstract:This paper describes an advanced modeling measure of diesel engine block according to its structure characteristic and manufacture process. In application of Pro/engineer, the engine block is separated into four parts, which are roughcast, core of bore hole, core of water jacket and core of knockout rod. The four parts are analyzed in detail and designed by synchronous approach. The diesel engine block is finished by assembling the four parts.
