Abstract:Local original liquor technology has long cultural history.Its characteristic of quality style reflects the flavor diversity of the original ecological liquor."Letting a hundred flowers bloom" should be advocated.Benchmarking only on flavor is unable to reflect the diverse needs of people,and to cover the real quality of the base liquor.
