柴油机高压喷油系统电磁阀的设计

摘    要:分析了传统电磁阀作为电控高压共轨喷油系统执行元件的不足,设计出了双电磁铁驱动的新型电磁阀.从结构、原理上提高了电磁阀的响应速度.采用ANSYS软件分析了不同铁芯材料的磁场分布,从而优选出理想的铁芯材料,为电磁阀的设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:In this paper the shortage of the traditional solenoid valve working as the electronic control high-pressure common rail fuel injection system is analyzed.A new-type double-electromagnet solenoid valve has been designed,which can reach at a fast response due to its structure and theory.And the finite element analysis of electromagnetic field for various materials on solenoid valve was carried on by ANSYS.Therefore the optimum material for the solenoid valve was chosen,which offers the theory for the solenoid valve design.
