天然气长输管线固定球阀壳体壁厚热-结构耦合优化设计

摘    要:介绍了基于ANSYS的结构优化设计的基本方法,建立了天然气长输管线固定球阀壳体壁厚热-结构耦合优化分析的数学模型,采用零阶优化方面对其壁厚在公称压力15 MPa及不同温度作用下进行了数值分析。结果表明由常规公式计算出来的壳体壁厚略小于有限元分析得出的最优壁厚,避免了设计缺陷的产生,结果表明,应用有限元热-结构耦合优化,可更好的设计壳体壁厚,弥补常规公式计算的不足。

Abstract:The paper has introduced basic t method of structure optimization design based on ANSYS,and a mathematic model on the optimal design of Thermal-structure of Shell Thickness of Natural gas Long-distance Pipeline Fixed Ball Valve has been established,Shell thickness were analysed numerically by the zero-order method under the nominal pressure 15MPa and the effect of different temperatures.The results indicate that calculated by the conventional formula of the shell wall thickness slightly smaller than optimum shell thickness derived by the finite element analysis,Avoid the design defects.Results show,the application of finite element thermal-structural coupling optimization,you can better design the shell thickness,make up the inadequate of conventional formula.
