摘    要:泡沫除尘是煤矿井下除尘措施的主要发展方向之一,要提高泡沫除尘效率必须研发更加高效的发泡剂。湿润性和发泡倍数是发泡剂最重要的性能指标。根据要求选定了十二烷基硫酸钠、湿润剂、增泡剂、羟甲基纤维素钠和水作为发泡剂原材料,根据水膜浮选法的测定,5种药剂的质量比例为50∶5∶2∶1∶60时发泡剂的湿润性最强;根据搅拌发泡并测定发泡倍数,发泡剂溶液的质量分数为2.5%时发泡倍数最高,为71倍。

Abstract:Foam dust-removal is the main development direction of dust-removal measures underground coal mine.More efficient foaming agent must be researched and developed in order to improve the dust-removal efficiency.Wettability and foaming multiple are the most important performance indicators of foaming agent.In this paper,according to the requirements,sodium dodecyl sulfate,wetting agents,foam improver,hydroxyl methyl cellulose sodium and water are selected as raw material of foaming agents.According to the measurement of water film flotation method,the wettiability of foaming agent is the strongest when the quality ratio of five kinds of materials is 50∶5∶2∶1∶60;through stirring foam and measuring foam multiple,the foam multiple of 71 times is the highest when the mass fraction of foaming agent solution is 2.5%.
