摘    要:通过改进传统催化燃烧方式的电桥结构,利用单个催化元件实现了催化燃烧方式与热传导方式相结合,解决了传统催化燃烧方式的二值性问题,在保证稳定性的前提下,实现全量程甲烷测量。同时在高浓度甲烷测量时,黑元件处于低温预加热状态,避免了高浓激活现象,延长了催化元件的寿命。

Abstract:Through improving the traditional electric bridge structure of catalytic combustion,the combination of the catalytic combustion way and the heat conduction way by using a single catalytic element is achieved,which solved the two-value problems of the traditional catalytic combustion way,on the premise of guarantee stability,the full range methane measuring is achieved.At the same time,in high concentrations of methane measurements,black component is in the low temperature preheating condition,which avoids the high concentration activation phenomenon and prolong the service life of the catalytic element.
