摘    要:针对下峪口煤矿主胶带平硐长距离全断面砂层黏聚力低、胶结性差、开挖易冒落的特点,介绍了一种新的小导管注浆施工工艺流程及其技术要点。在砂层中超前注水玻璃和CaCl2,能够有效的提高砂体的抗压强度,使巷道围岩具有一定的自稳能力,保障了巷道的安全正常开挖。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of low cohesion,bad cementation and easy caving for the whole section sand seam in main belt drift of Xiayukou coal mine,a new construction technology and technical points of small duct grouting were introduced.Pre-grouting water glass and calcium chloride could improve the compressive strength of sand effectively,make the surrounding rock have self-stability and ensure safety and normal excavation of the roadway.
